Glastonbury 2015

Just to be clear, I wasn’t at Glastobury myself but had 4 TV’S on the go watching as many sets as I could #Addicted I had all the fun of being there but without the mud!

Florence & The Machine – Seizing her moment Flo was bumped up to festival headliner, stepping in for The Foo Fighters due to Dave Grohl breaking his leg…A magical cover of ‘Times Like These‘ was a nice touch, a special nod to The Foo Fighters.

Prides – A stellar 9 song set from Callum, Lewis & Stewart with plenty of electronic/synth vibes, all topped of with an energeting performance of ‘Messiah‘ one of my favourite sets of the weekend.

Kayne West – In the words of Noel Gallaghger ‘Hip Hop at Glastonbury…..No Way’ no disrespect but lets not beat around the bush, as creative as Kayne is, the auto tune ruined it a tad…It got a better when Lee Nelson ran on stage.

Lionel Riche – A long time coming but Lionel finally made it to GlastonBURRY and pretty much owned it! performing classics including ‘Say You Say Me’ ‘Dancing On The Ceiling’ ‘Three Times A Lady’ and a stunning rendition of ‘Hello’ it’ll go down as one of the best Glasto sets EVER!

M.O– A 3 piece girl group who are the first female group to play Glasto since Ms Teeq…Not bad considering their still fresh onto the scene!

Libertines – One of the secrets of Glastonbury 2015, The Libertines finally made it to the pyramid stage for the Friday night and played a generous 19 song set, Pete Doherty seemed on good form and despite opening with a damp version of Vertigo they clawed it back with their performance of ‘Time For Heros’
